After hearing many positive stories about Knab, decided to switch. Since December 28, I have been trying to open a business account via the appropriate app. The app hangs, always at the same point. App removed and reinstalled: did not help. Tried to contact us several times via chat. Long wait and no response. Even now I have been on hold for 25 minutes, after a few minutes I received 1 response from someone who clearly had not read my story and therefore gave an advice that I cannot use. Then radio silence. In the meantime also tried to call, although I do not expect that they can help me that way, since you have to arrange everything via the app. In the queue at the telephone I dropped out: many people waiting in front of me.
In short: how badly does Knab want a new customer?
Update: now staring for 30 minutes at a chat box that remains disturbingly quiet, even after that one answer.
