White House Nannies is an excellent agency not only for families seeking childcare, but also for those providing it.

My experience as a childcare provider with WHN is very positive. I applied for a position as a permanent nanny for the first time in 2016 and soon was placed with a family I stayed with them until I had to say goodbye in 2019 when they moved overseas. As of now, I am part of the temporary division as I wait for another permanent placement.

The communication with WHN is simple and yet extremely efficient. You express your needs and they will do their best to accommodate them.

Annie has been working with me from the beginning and I cannot thank her enough. Even though the employer-employee relationship is between the family and the nanny (once the placement happens), Annie had my back when things didn t work out with a new family.

Having someone to turn to at times like that is important for nannies and it absolutely made the difference for me.
