I recently hired a company to help with some ground improvement work, and I chose to work with this company. The website was informative and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the services they offer and their previous projects. However, after reaching out for a quote, I found the response time to be slower than expected, and the communication during the project was a bit lacking. The quality of the work was average, and the team seemed knowledgeable, but I would have appreciated more transparency throughout the process. Overall, I had an average experience with them. I hope that they can work on their communication and responsiveness in the future to improve the customer experience. 🏗️
