I have been a customer of Simmons First National Bank for over 5 years and I must say, they have been average at best. Their customer service is mediocre and their online banking platform is not user-friendly. However, I appreciate that they have a wide range of banking products available. Overall, my experience with Simmons First National Bank has been just average.
