Awful airport (especially Terminal 2). Also had to endure having my Chinese middle name made fun of by passport control just as I was going to my gate. The same guy also winked at my girlfriend. Also saw a young woman get shouted at in Italian by a cleaner over seemingly nothing. Suffices to say we won't be returning to Milan/Italy in a hurry!
