I bought new Duke 390 ten months ago and it spend ...

I bought new Duke 390 ten months ago and it spend 7 weeks in service already. Basing on the KTM estimation my bike will wait additional 4 weeks (minimum) for parts. I send few emails and opened a case in customer support with request to explain the situation but I did not received any reply.
Looks like KTM do not care about customers. Anyone know good lawyer? :)
