What an unprofessional staff! First, they emailed me an incomplete list of the documents that I had to provide at the passport renewal appointment; second, on the day of my appointment they blamed me for the missing documents and told me I was wasting their time. I advise anyone who needs consulate s services to double-check with the staff (via phone or email) all the necessary documents for their specific appointment (which may include a copy of all visa docs, and a stamp for UPS priority mail that costs $7.75).
