i am a customer of Clarity Technologies Group, LLC for over 6 years, let me tell you that these guys are very sneaky when they sign you up...they hide all key information so if ever you need to leave them, they will literally hold your lines hostage and will give you run around by not releasing any information you need....i have moved my business from NJ to TN and found a TN phone vendor, once i told clarity about this, Bruce the owner got so furious that he shut down my lines. these people have no business ethics, stay away from them....they will be super nice once you sign up with them, but boy they are sneaky business, bruce has dragged my porting for whole 1 year, and kept on billing my credit card for whole 1-year until i finally got my lines ported...thanks to my New TN phone vendor.......they are dirty business people, stay as far away from them as possible.....i am going to litigate them now since my lines are ported, they given me so much emotional stress, and multiple times they shut down my business lines to teach me a lesson for moving on from them. I have 10 business lines and have huge number of incoming calls from my customers, and having to shut down my lines hurt my business image so badly.......worse business ethics.....
