Very unpleasant experience with employees in this company. Three months ago we called to terminate the internet contract and then they told us to bring an internet router at the end of that period. Today when I brought the router we were told they had no idea about the termination of the contract and that we had to pay for another three months. Very bad organization and very rude how they use petty scams to take more money from customers. That's why we switched to Sunrise.
