I live out if state and was headed to San Antonio to visit my father for a summer family retreat. My father had been having troubles with his pool and was going to be out if town the week before our arrival. In order to assure the pool was good to go when my family and I arrived at my father s house I called Gary Pools to trouble shoot the problem and provide remedy. Gary Pool s management understood our need over the phone and sent their tech RJ over the next day to trouble shoot and provide remedy. RJ was awesome. He called me from my father s back yard with remedy, timeframe to get the pool back in shape, and followed up with my father when he returned home. When my family and I arrived from 3 states away we could not have been more pleased. Thank you RJ and the rest of the Gary Pool s team for the responsive, secure, polite and courteous service.
