Today was an absolutely incredible experience. I wasn't sure what it would be like, but it was amazing. It's kind of like a Polynesian Disneyland. There are different sections of islands/ cultures and various activities/demonstrations to do inside. The demonstrators are engaging and very entertaining. All of the employees were incredibly kind and it's a very laid back atmosphere. There is plenty to do, even nice shops and great food.
We did The luau package with the Breath of Life. The luau had a variety of delicious food and also entertainment, very worth it (even a roast pig!). The breath of life show was amazing, a beautiful story with captivating dancing and music- and insane fire dancing!! Absolutely worth it.
Some complain about pricing and yes it's a lot but I don't think they appreciate what all of there money goes to- a good cause for students and considering the upkeep of the place and everything else involved, it's not bad. I highly recommend getting the Oahu pass, it pays for itself especially if you come here.
