Attended a boxing class there for the first time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The instructor was very patient with me even though it wasn't a beginner's class (the signup sheet specified that it was for all levels and I have little to no experience in martial arts) and it was very clear that the community of regulars there are very passionate about the sport, in addition to being very supportive and welcoming to newcomers.
And even though I was the only female participant in the class, I felt like I fit right in, learned a lot from everyone and had a fantastic workout. Classes are very well-structured and high intensity.
It's highly recommended to bring your own boxing gloves and mouth guard, but they do provide boxing gloves for beginners and they worked around me not having a mouth guard for the class.
