Had a great experience with the staff at American Carpet One during this Covid 19 pandemic. From Jakob showing me different styles of carpet and LVT, and providing several estimates, to the other staff that came by to do measurements and have a moisture test done on my foundation.
Installation was scheduled several weeks in advance, which gave me time to clean and repaint the walls. The carpet installation was done professionally in a few hours on one day. The LVT installation was going to take 6-7 days, so that work was scheduled later. Installers Aris, Bert and DionT arrived on time every day of this project and got right to work, protecting the existing flooring and going over all the details. They proceeded quickly and did a very nice job in only four days. They cleaned up at the end of each day and sanitized items because of Covid-19.
I appreciate the professionalism of American Carpet One and now have beautiful new flooring. Mahalo to your team.
