The most infuriating service ever, and they have no competition to keep them in check! Our recycling bin was broken by their own people when they threw the container during collection. For 2 weeks, the recycling container has been lying on our curb waiting for replacement! I have seemingly nothing better to do, than to call their CS EVERYDAY when I return home from work and see the container still not replaced. I have been told by the representative a bunch of lies - they are short on containers, they do not have a phone number to update us regarding the status, they are short on drivers, someone changed the delivery date from Friday to Tuesday to Wednesday, and so on and on. Each time I call, I have to wait for about 30 minutes to get to someone. After my 5th call the CS told me that instead of waiting a day more, I must wait for another WEEK! I wish I could just discontinue service right away. If there was minus stars, they would totally deserve it.
