The billing department is the worst! I have been billed 3 separate times for the same ER hospital stay for which I paid in full the first time they sent the bill! I guess they decided they needed more money for each time I have paid! Whoever is doing the math needs to go back to school. BTW I got separate bills for the imaging center and the actual doctor visit so it was not those bills I'm referring to. I have been trying to get ahold of the billing department day and they keep asking for a call back number so they won't even explain my bill to me.
