Arrival (-) :
1st room given - annoying sound from the alarm system, hotel's employee spotted it, offered another room.
2nd room - 'awesome' smell from sewage, hotel's employee got it nearly without words, offered 3rd room...

Gym (+ +) :
Nice, a few treadmills, ok equipement, swimming pool. I ordered a sport massage for next morning and it has been very good.

Restaurant for dinner (+) :
Had a good dinner and service.

Restaurant for breakfast (- - -) :
Hugely disappointed, couldn't find what to eat, literally (I travel a lot and have moderate expectations, but that was below anything I've seen...).

Conference center (- - - - -) :
Even worst than breakfast. Ordered a room for a workshop. Informed before arrival I'm planning to be often in Zagreb and would need to see other rooms, so (yes, I am potential customer for a good upsell! Stupid me, it is my thoughts, not their). Result: literally no one appeared to greet me, to show our room, to check if all is fine. No one. After 2 weeks after session I received email with 1 euro additional charge for bottle of water, without even 'thank you, next time you're welcome to run workshop, etc' - ah, sorry, it is again stupid me asking to much from business whos target to sell.

May be not. They don't need to sell. They perhaps do not need anything apart of leaving them alone.

I'll seek smth else in Zagreb. Millions of euros invested to build a building, train people, pay them salary. Just to ruin by ignorance and laziness.
