Just bought a TV on the website since the showroom...

Just bought a TV on the website since the showroom is closed, I was around so I went there to see if my TV was ready for pick up, they told me not until the next day, by the time I got home (20 min) I received an email saying my TV was ready so I had to go back the next day.

My wife went to pick up the TV, someone put it in the truck, when my wife got home I noticed a big hole in the box (nothing in the car could've made that hole) looked inside and the TV is damaged.... I did not spent 600$ to get a damaged TV. Try to call them but the phone isn't working. I will have to send it back tomorrow.
