The staff were lovely. They were really just the best. The interior of the hotel is quite pretty and I like the weird wood stools (petrified wood?). They also have a pretty decent workout room. The reason its 4 stars however is because of several small things involving their services. I don't like the lack of free breakfast (personally). The tv's are a nightmare to switch hdmi on so bringing a game console or firestick takes work to see. There aren't any bathtubs for some reason, just shower floors, and the toilets are incredibly loud. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend stating here.
