2008 Camry Oil Conception Test Failed. I have been waiting in line to fix my engine for over 4 months. I was promised from my Adviser I would be getting my free oil change until my engine has been fixed. Now they are denying my free oil change for some reason. The last three years I have been adding high grade synthetic oil to my car. My last oil change at your location the employees have used regular convention oil, and I am not happy with that low grade brand of oil. I am satisfied with the Toyota brand, but the hassle I have been given is unacceptable.
