Pros: Very responsive property management. Maintenance requests are easy to make online and someone always comes to fix it on the next business day, and I have not been charged for any repairs. Can have cat with no additional pet rent/ deposit. Leaps and bounds better than Bay Window Properties, where I rented before. Cons: only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 18 units, gas and water have been randomly shut off and management does not notify tenants in advance, nor takes the initiative to find out what is going on and tell tenants when it will be back on.
