This is more of a follow up review rather than an initial review, however in this circumstance I feel it s worth leaving a review. After having my vehicle repaired approx a year ago I which my Audi A4 needed to have the hood and front quarter panel painted due to a small accident, I noticed a small almost dark discoloration to the paint job. Because it was above the headlamp I questioned if it was something related to the repair or not. Keith the manager at this location took the time look at it and after assessing it quickly determined that it was something that Caliber wanted to cover under their warranty of their work and labor for all vehicles they repair. Keith stated they would repaint the hood at no cost to me. I questioned about an additional repair and he once again quickly offered and gave me more than fair pricing on that as well. Even though this location is a high demand location they were still able to complete their work on time. They even offered rides to and from the location! Great customer service, they really went the extra mile! I would recommend this location for any paint and body work weather big or small!
