This is for the service center, I worked with Dan M.

I took my Civic in for a leak near my windshield where the curtain airbag is. They kept the car overnight since it was raining and the apoxy would need to set and I was given a loaner (free of charge which was the only good thing). I was under the impression the work would be done that evening and ready the next day. The part needed had been ordered previously.

I didn't get a phone call and by 1:30, I called. They were doing a leak test at that point. I ended up having to call three times for updates instead of the tech calling me.

I was told the water had something to do with the a/c system. Even though the leak is nowhere near the a/c, it's toward the roof. But I'm not the expert, so I said ok.

I was told a receipt and info would be emailed to me since Dan was on the phone when I arrived. I still haven't received it a week later.

I get into my car today and it's leaking in the same spot.

To say that I'm frustrated is an understatement. The lack of communication and the fact that my car was not fixed is absurd.

The only reason I took my car to the dealer instead of using my regular mechanic was that the part is "dealer only". I was told after the fact the part was "cosmetic" and the peeling rubber around my windshield had nothing to do with a leak.
