Recently I reached out to Zendex Tool to ask about a speed blaster I had purchased years ago. I was having trouble using it. (Through fault of my own)... They were very supporting and described what probably had happened is that I lost a crucial internal piece while cleaning the speed blaster. With no hesitation they quickly sent me a new piece in replacement free of charge. Made in USA and standing behind their product!!! Even when it s the customer s fault.
