They're completely unprofessional. They're medical negligence could cause someone they're life. They don't understand what an emergency is. All they will say is "go see a specialist" and send you home with a broken hand knowing that by the time the "specialist" decides to see you within a week your hand will have by then healed with your bones fused incorrectly leaving you disabled to work for life. Thankfully there's parkland that will do your surgery that same day.
