I had such an amazing experience here. We got in a little later and for some reason our room wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal as we were going to grab a bite to eat first but without hesitation they apologized immediately and offered to pay for our meal while we waited and gave us an additional 6 fast passes each to use on which ever rides or character meets we would like to while in the parks. I'm very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel grounds were well kept. Will certainly be staying here again.
