I loved working with my recruiter Steve. Throughout my on-boarding and recruitment process, we really bonded. I don t know too much about the other recruiters but to me, he s one of the best recruiters at Winston. He s always upfront and honest with me. We worked together on fine tuning my resume and it has worked out great for me. His work ethic was very positive, and forward thinking. He put in place a lot of new ideas that made recruiting easier and faster. It didn t take long for me to go on a few interviews. I m now in a great new role. I enjoyed my time with him and see him doing great things in the future.
