Had my suspension fork changed to a rigid one. Looking at my bike I'm happy about how clean the installation looked. My 820 mtb rides better on pavement now, and a tad faster too. Should'a done my research and gotten an FX before, which is cheaper and more pavement friendly. I want to keep my ride though, which I've been riding for 4 years, and just basically maintain it and upgrade it if needed. Anyways, something about mountain bikes just makes me like them. I'd pick a light mtb like hybrid if it's time to add another bike or just upgrade. As for the store, just like my local Clearwater DWC, it's clean, organized, big, nice atmosphere, and parts are there when you need them. Place is a kinda quick drive from USF. Mechanics there know what stuff you need and you'll get the proper special items online(like my new fork) that you'll need. It's a very good local bike shop, and you'd be glad you bought a Trek as soon as you leave with your bike.
