Showed up at Quick Lane today at 10:40AM to get my oil and filter changed. I was told they could check me in at 11:15AM but my vehicle would not be worked on until approx. 1:00 PM. I asked if I could reserve my appointment and come back just before 1:00PM and I was told that the vehicle would have to remain until that time (1:00 PM). This is not what I would call a Quick service. If a quick service is no longer possible, stop calling it quick. 3 hours is not quick. I m at Sears automotive getting my oil and filter changed quickly. As in now! I m also buying all four UniRoyal tires and getting them installed now! :-)
