Maybe I was in when they were in the middle of inventory, but overall I was disappointed by the stacks of 'not for sale' books that greeted me when I walked in, the boxes of books yet to be added to the shelves just sitting at the end of the sci fi & fantasy section, and the lackadaisical approach both to alphabetizing the shelves and to double stacking the paperbacks. I did buy my first completely unheard-of book based off my browsing in several years, which was great. Could have been better if the rest of the books on the shelves were visible.
