I will never step foot in SWS or call SWS again. OK, don't get me wrong, They will help you, they know they're stuff, and have always like the fact they were local, but I was sold a motherboard that been nothing but trouble, constant blue screen because of the lack of support for a product, in my opinion, that should have never been put the market. Another issue was the crap warranty, they wouldn't help me unless I took the machine in, and paid more money. Yes, I called the manufacturer asked for a replacement, but I never received a response.
After about a month of trying figure why the computer would blue screen and reboot, I pinned down the real problem, it was the memory. I cannot confirm this, but I believe the memory was either defective and they knew it, or it was defective, refurbished, returned, and resold, and they knew that too. I tested the memory in a different machine and it began doing the same thing; shutting down, and restarting. Even though I ran several memory diagnostics on the stick of memory, none of them detected anything, and this why I cant confirm, but every time I used that stick I ran into issues.
I PAID FULL PRICE!! They wouldn't swap it out because of the amount of time that had elapsed, and because of they're stupid return policy. I think they buy cheap product and put a ridiculous price on it and offer crap return policy. So SWS wants to stick me with a junk product? Fine. I have a lot friends who have a lot friends, they all have computers and at some point need help and I am going to make sure they all know to think twice before going to SWS, and I will make sure they know that I was sold a faulty product and SWS did nothing to help me.
