Bad experience with NCOI. I am following a course and had deliberately purchased this from the NCOI because NCOI indicates that it gives classes on location. End position, therefore, no 1 module can be followed on location because there are too few registrations. You actually have no choice but to follow these modules via e-learning. Or rather a home study. If you indicate that this is not the way you want to study, you get a blunt answer on the phone that they cannot change anything about this and that they do not put a teacher on location for a few students. The moment I submit a complaint I am told that they have already covered everything in their terms and conditions. Why is it stated during registration that you CAN receive classes on location? It is not indicated anywhere that there is a chance that the modules cannot continue due to i.m. too few registrations. Afterwards this appears to be in very small print in the terms and conditions !! Also the costs paid for lessons on location are not properly reimbursed by NCOI. Here you have to call at the end and arrange it yourself while the NCOI really does not keep their appointments! Bad very bad !! I will therefore not really recommend the NCOI to anyone !!
