Took my car to do a recall fix. The next day I get a call the tech said it doesn't take off properly and they can check it for $145. When I pick it up the guy almost regretfully says to me oh the tech said your car is unsafe to drive and both hubs are loose and your tires could fall off. Then walks me to the cashier. I tried to stop and ask him about it but he didn't really want to say anything just said I need to get some work done and the I go. I checked them and they are looking good and I didn't like the way he acted when questioned. I also heard another employee do something similar to a woman adding more work on a car that is supposed to be turned in.
