I was torn between a 5 and a 4. The computer problem I had was solved so that rated a five. The bench time to fix the problem took a little longer than I anticipated. The experience was not a 5. Because I know some problems just take a little longer to diagnose and repair, I wish I could give the 1/2 to make a 4 1/2. Never-the-less, my overall experience was educational, informative, polite, and professional. Thumbs up!
