Was there on Tuesday and wanted to order a frame for a door, unfortunately the staff ignored me for 5 minutes even though I had tried three times to get in touch. Back then, I was given very unfriendly and uninterested advice. Then I was asked to go to the service desk to solve the order, whereupon I stood 10 minutes before the lady and she ignored me. I didn't even get the information if she would have time for me soon. After 10 minutes I was finally able to pay and leave. It would be great if you were a little friendlier and more attentive to customers.
