I use VIP TAXI daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I switched from uber/lyft because they don't take cash. VIP has always been extremly quick, drivers always nice, great customer service, so I didn't mind VIP service being more money then others. The last 4 weeks I have noticed getting a taxi is almost taking 20-30 minutes, drivers less friendly and one driver charges $7 and another charges $18 to go to exact same place. Most drivers have meter on 1 and few have on 3.... The meter on 3 charges way more and prices are ridiculous. I have never had these issues with VIP in the year I have been a loyal customer. NEVER!! I however, did file a complaint with supervisor on a issue I had Sunday, they immediately fixed the problem and today was compensated. Very thankful the office/management still has phenomenal customer service!! Not sure what's going on with drivers, long waits but as a long time customer its beginning to make me think I should go back to uber/lyft. If these are new drivers then they need to be trained because they are not representing VIP very well. As a manager I know GREAT Customer Service, Employees with positive attitude and able to communicate well = happy loyal customers!!
