Outrageous shipping cost and didn't notify me that shipping to my PO box would cost three time normal.
Where I lived before I had hundreds of things shipped to my PO box from all over the world including shipping by UPS and Fed Ex to my PO Box at no additional cost. There was no reason for me to believe that it was going to cost me 30% additional to receive the products. The website is confusing and convoluted and the checkout is misleading about the cost.
Customer Service at Rock Auto is not any service at all and totally not interested in keeping you as a customer or fixing their website problems.
I have had two experiences with this company and there won't be another one. Both were bad and they weren't interested in responding positively to the matters.
The representative was just like a broken record and not willing to move in a positive direction to salvage the situation.
The additional cost wasn't made apparent until the transaction was over.
I immediately sent an email to Rock Auto telling them "This order has a problem DO NOT TO SHIP THE ORDER until we have a telephone conversation" which was completely ignored by them.
