As normal the place was pretty busy, got there at 5:20.
There were seven cars in the entrance not counting the two that were on the side of the building that I couldn t see.
Spent the typical 10 minutes waiting to order, and ordered, which was totally fine and expected
Then I spent almost 40 minutes waiting two cars behind the window as a lady re-did her order AT The window.
It took nearly 40 more minutes for me to get up to the window while waiting for her order to be prepared and delivered.
She made everybody in the drive up weight, and after asking what was going on when I got to the window it was explained that the lady refused to move because something it happened when she placed her order and it didn t get entered.
So me and probably 10 other cars had to wait while our food lost heat.
Then I come home and I have a bowl of potatoes that are literally more than half the bowl is raw/rock-hard potatoes.
I ordered a three piece dark meal, there are two SMALL drumsticks and one- what looks like a wing that has absolutely no meat on it.

A completely terrible experience with normally every other one I ve had here are great, I really think management should ve insisted that the lady take one of two options, leave and go elsewhere, or go back to the beginning of the line, and not serve her unless she got out of the way.
She was unbelievably inconsiderate, and that factors only made worse by the workers/management not taking care of the other dozen customers whose food was getting cold waiting on hers.
Then coming home to find an entirely unsatisfactory meal makes it all very terrible hour long wasted experience for my dinner.
