This company is affiliated with my health care pro...

This company is affiliated with my health care provider and my local gym. The three entities partner together and offer fitness rewards that are usually in the form of a refund check when the fitness goals are achieved. However, my refund check/reward has not been issued and American Speciality Health, Inc., does not have any answers....just some vague excuse that they have a "system issue." They can't tell me what the issue is or when it's likely to be resolved. It feels very scammy and sketchy and I would not trust this company or any program they are affiliated with.
