My review is regarding IT helpdesk. I sent in a password reset request yesterday at 8 in the morning for Oasis.It is about 10:33 am next day. No one answered the email, tried calling me or anything, until after I complained after calling and speaking with Glenn. When I called in this morning a few moments ago, I had a lot of issues hearing him over the phone, and asked him to speak up like three times. Then he just hung up on me. After calling back , I could hear him better, and let him know about the email that went unanswered,and asked him not to hang up on anyone . His response was laughter, so I told him I would post this review.
The IT department finally emailed me minutes after the phone call.
