since 5yr I am part of Synopsys and its been a wonderful journey so far. Synopsys given me great opportunities of growth. Being a mother of two small kids I will say that i am able to strike a balance of work and personal life again this credit goes to Synopsys as they truly care about their employees. Women are very much Inclusive and Empowered. Expressing your concern is not a problem and your point of view is Actively listened.
