I received a confirmation on 7/19/2020 for one ord...

I received a confirmation on 7/19/2020 for one order and 8/24/2020 for another. Neither received. Starcrest
has no record of my orders. It is now 9/23/2020. Expensive lesson! I will always check reviews.
