Was disappointed that no one told us the electric was on before moving in. This showed a lack of respect to the tenants. The place wasn't cleaned before move in. The Gold Key service wasn't done in a timely manner. An awning was promised to be put up within 6 weeks of move in-it was put up 5 months after move in. The filter is supposed to be changed every month-it hasn't been cleaned as yet.
