As a customer, I found the company to be average in terms of service. The website was easy to navigate and provided some useful information, but I had hoped for more interactive features. 😕 The investment advice offered was somewhat generic and didn't feel personalized to my specific needs. Additionally, the response time from the team was a bit slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer. On a positive note, the staff was polite and professional when we did communicate. Overall, I think there's room for improvement in terms of tailoring the services to individual clients and being more proactive in communication.
