AWFUL, awful airline. Never again! 10 dollars to print the boarding pass and they don't even warn you if you book with a booking site. And it was one of the thinnest boarding passes I've seen, at that! No complimentary water. Hidden fees everywhere. My LATAM experience was a million times better. The other passengers I talked to said the same thing: NEVER AGAIN!!
