If you are not local, the communication is crap. The online services are impossible to navigate through. Every other month it seems I have a new person I need to talk to and no one ever actually helps. Every person leaves out vital information I need to finish my degree. I've dealt with them for 8 months with only supposedly one class needed to finish my degree. "Oops. We told you the wrong one. Noe you have to take another one." To put it lightly, I am very frustrated.
