After using a ford dealership on our way to cornwall , my trust in main dealerships began again.
After breaking down at 8.am at bottom of the m5 Vospers Ford garage was my only option.
The staff were absolutly first class and we continued our journey to st Ives at 11am i was that impressed i emailed the after sales manager.
At home in penkridge not a great experience.
The heaters in the car would not produce hot air and the engine over heated.
After using Vospers i thought this would be easy.
The car went in and a day and a half later they didnt no what was causing it which needed further diagnostics! So a mondeo has never passed through your garage with that problem and u need 2 days looking with further investigation!!! I had the impression all it was about was giving us a massive bill so we part with our 9yr old mondeo and purchase a new one.
You give Vospers a really really bad name , if we had stopped at your garage we would of left 4 days later and never seen cornwall.



Thank you for your quick response ! My issue wasnt with the problems with the car but the time you had with no idea about fixing the problems.
I took it to a cannock garage
With-in the same time you had my car they fixed the heating and the water leaks also fuel leak sorted , further visits will sort monor issues
