As a recruitment agency, a lot of people might feel daunted at having to go through a 'Middle Man' of sorts before getting to the final stage of a face-to-face interview.

However, this is not the case with this agency, as they strive to deliver a perfectly calm, honest and neutral environment for you to proceed at a negotiable pace.

I was given the chance to work with Nathan towards getting into a new insurance role that would grant a greater chance and better work-life balance.

From the start, Nathan was diligent, astute and very clear on his expectations, as well as affording me expectations and outcomes that were only ever expressed as positive and engaging.

After the initial consultation, it was a very streamlined, fast procedure of just a formal interview over the camera, before meeting face-to-face in the final interview that was set up around my time, which was incredibly gracious of them considering my work life.

Even after the face-to-face, Nathan followed up near daily with proceedings, requested documents, how to fill them efficiently, and even assisted with the processing of forms that on my end would have taken a lot longer than he had.

In short, a completely professional, positive and engaging experience that doesn't leave you suspended on a wait-list for months before you get your answer (You know what I mean), they will tell you straight away what you can do, and what they will do for you.
