As a customer of sensorFact Services, Inc., I have to say that their services are simply average. I expected more from a company that claims to be a leader in the industry. The installation process was smooth and the team was professional, but the overall performance of the system has been mediocre at best. I have experienced several issues and glitches which have hindered the productivity of my operations. While the customer support team is responsive, the solutions provided have not been satisfactory. I hope sensorFact Services, Inc. can improve their product in the future and provide a better user experience.
