3 trips in 1 day to Brain Box office in LA traffic and the camera and lens still didn't work. 1. Pick up camera (Sony FS7) - very good service although very slow because there is only 1 person to take care of all of the equipment. He was very nice and apologetic and I was patient because he is such a nice guy. 2. Return Fujinon lens because the lens and adapter was faulty. I guess it happened before because they were discussing it when I brought the lens back. 3. Return camera lens with equipment for 2nd time because they forgot an adaptor piece.

Then I have to now wait for the owner to get back from his shoot and into the office so that I can get a refund. He is the only one who is able to do this. So they recommended that I write an email to the owner and explain what happened. I shouldn't have to say anything. They should have made this right because I spend almost 4 hours in LA traffic going back and forth from the Brain Box offices. I had to explain to a client why 1 of the 2 cameras (luckily I had a backup camera) that he was paying for didn't work. Very embarrassing and potential loss of future work. I hope that they make this right by refunding my money asap.
