I don't know which service the other reviewers purchased from Howie, but I can tell you that he exceeded my expectations. I also know from experience that he rejects most material sent him; I sent about 5 songs till he took one on. Right on the contract it states he can't guarantee play on the radio or any streaming of your music. He & his team were able to get my tune "Love Situation" up to 31 on the Mediabase AC chart. So I am a satisfied customer.
